with good two-way communications and where
change is accepted but not always well managed.  
People feel supported and respected and conflict is
viewed as a healthy part of growth.

Low to moderate emotional factor scores and a
moderate to high knowledge factors score
produces an organization where there's suspicion
of change, there's minimal creativity and innovation,
and communications is top-down.  Conflict is seen
as a negative force that must be managed away.

SUSPICIOUS-DEFENSIVE
Low to moderate emotional factor scores and low
to moderate knowledge factor scores produces an
organization that is resistant to change and
threatened by dissent.  There's very little innovation
or creativity with strong protection of the status quo.  
Conflict is seen as a threat to be attacked and put
down.
