Research shows 18 core factors are essential to workplace engagement
In my Six System Network model I show
that personnel from various studies I have
done list 60 workplace factors associated
with the six key areas of the triangle.
In my latest research I have boiled down
those 60 factors to 18 that appear
consistently in all the research I conduct on
organizational change and development, as
well as what employees list as absolutely
essential to workplace engagement.
Each of the 18 factors, of course, is
comprised of many sub-factors and
competencies that are vital to exemplary
leadership and management. In addition, the
six key areas of the network are not entities
to themselves. Each is linked, and the
stronger those linkages the great the level
of positive synergy that is created.
In my Bioleadership Workshops I provide
you with both an assessment of how well the
6-System Network resonates throughout
your organization, as well as polishing up
the skill sets needed for leaders and
managers to effectively align their
competencies to the needs of others.
